Features a large capacity hook, upgraded thread tension assembly, 12mm foot lift, and a Direct Drive servomotor. Ideal for sewing medium to heavy materials such as leather, upholstery, canvas, and synthetics. It includes index stitching, a needle positioner, and digital speed control.

Use a Walking Foot For medium to heavy-weight materials, it is advisable to use a walking foot machine. Unlike regular machines, a walking foot ensures proper feeding of the fabric. A compound feed walking foot machine the inside foot and the needle move in unison, providing superior feeding capability.

Needle up or Needle Down

Are you tired of stopping your work to move the handwheel? The 4020SW includes a programmable needle positioner to stop the needle in the up or down position. This eliminates the need to pause your work and turn the handwheel.

With a simple press of a button, the 4020SW allows for index stitching. Perform a simple half stitch for precision stitch control.

Side Load Bobbin

The 4020SW’s vertical hook allows for a side load for a smoother, more efficient sewing experience.
